As each pair is made to order, our return policy works a little differently.

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us at luxurybargain3@gmail.com with the subject “Return” and include your order number.

Once we receive your request, we’ll check the production status of your order:

• If your shoes have not been made yet, you’ll receive a full refund
• If production has already started or is completed, we will keep the deposit and refund the remaining balance.(since the product has been created specially for you.)

This process allows us to maintain quality while keeping our pieces made specifically for you.
